Nothing to compare to.
So today was my ..
high school orientation day !
And after a whole summer of feeling completely indifferent about high school, it has finally all settled in that I'm actually
GOING TO HIGH SCHOOL :D
Omfg, I'm so stoked.
I never knew school can be so amazing, teehee !
Yes, I know that school hasn't even started. But by the looks of it, it doesn't seem to me like there are going to be any major problems with me feeling accepted in this new environment.
I already feel like I belong, I already feel like a J a g u a r .
Rawwr !
Aha, kay I seriously gotta settle down about this =\
So basically, this is how my day went:
My alarm woke me up at 10:30, but obviously I turned it off for that extra sweet "5 more minutes" .. that turned out to be an hour and a half :)
So after I rushed out of bed at 12:01, I got ready faster than usual.
I tried looking extra good today, but due to the lack of time, this part of my day failed :(
So then, I was off to Jessica's house at 12:30 to pick her up so we can walk to Joe's.
After having her doggy jump on me and wait for her to put in her SICK purple contacts for the next hour (haha), we finally were off.
And let me just say, it was effing HOT outside today.
But after we got there, me and Jessica kind of split up and I found all my people.
When it was time to split up for our homerooms, I found out Megan was going to be in my class !
And after we received our schedules, I also found out I will be having 3 more classes with her, taha !
(And apparently, Monique and Liana have the same homeroom. This made me realize that this will officially be the 5th year that they are in eachother's classes, haha lucky !)
After that, we had our scavenger hunt which was pretty fun.
We will find out who won on the second week of September and those people will get prizes :)
Then, we all went to the cafeteria to have our bbq.
There, I went to go sit with Lucas, Luis, Richard, Mark, Justin and Jan to compare our schedules.
Yaaay, I have at least one class with most of them ! :D
After that, we just chilled for a while with other St. Valentine people.
MAN, how I freaking love St. Valentine and the people in in <3
After we ate, me, Monique, Luis, and Anthony decided to go walk around the school to help me find my classes and locker.
This was, hands down, the most funnest part of the day.
Aha, I love them so much for helping me in my desperate times of need :)
(OMG, I freaking love my locker! It's yellow and it's conveniently located near the entrance. Despite the fact that it's on the first floor and all my classes are on the second and third floor, I still love it.)
Lucky Megan and Theresa .. their lockers are RIGHT next to eachother, ahah !
Once all of us realized that no one was in the school anymore, we all ran out just in time.
On the way home, we walked in a huge group of just St. Valentine graduates.
After petting the most adorable fluffy puppy, me, Monique, Luis, Richard, and Anthony decided to end the day with a booster juice.
So that's basically how it all went down.
Omfg, I can't wait till high school !
This will be undoubtly the most amazing years of my life.
And I'll owe it all to Joe's :)
Shout it out, cause the name's KLAUDIA. I amazed the world on the 13th day of February, and have been breathing for 14 years. St. Valentine graduate, St. Joeseph freshmen. 86 average, say WHAT !? I break the stereotype as I look threw blue eyes yet brush threw brown hair. I am fully Polish, but don't doubt the Canadian in me, eh? Eh. I am currently going solo, but that doesn't give you an advantage. I can honestly say my worst enemies are my drive of a perfectionist and my goals of an overachiever. I'm very open minded, happy-go-lucky, full of positive energy, and vivacious. Someone you can trust, someone you can rely on. And remember to never let yourself down as when one door closes, a window opens.
